Technologies related to planning, modelling and development have been actively developing for the last few decades. An especially large advancement has been recorded in the area of CAD and BIM tools which assist in planning and control of derived condition. Methods of control and the accuracy of quality are still most often based on manual measurement of points and positions. Measured points are then compared to CAD or BIM digital model points in order to spot deformations and see how a certain element fits into a corresponding digital model.<\/p>\n

Considering that contemporary objects are very complex, it is necessary to ensure a safe and correct way to record the existing condition. Using modern 3D laser scanners, we read spatial information in the form of a point cloud. This kind of recording contains all the visible elements from the recorded area. By overlapping the planned model and laser recordings we can analyse and detect differences between the documented\/planned and accomplished situations very easily. Laser recording\u2019s high level of precision enables us to spot deformations in time, as well as to check the integrity of a structure or an object. Keeping in mind that modern technology for planning, modelling and construction develops very quickly, the use of CAD and BIM tools which help in planning and control of derived condition is a necessity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
