Project “Improving competitiveness of GO2BIM company by introducing ICT”, conducted by GO2BIM Ltd., was co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Fund as part of “Improving competitiveness and efficiency of SME-s through informational and communicational technologies (ICT) – 2” Call.

Project description:

By conducting “Improving competitiveness of GO2BIM company by introducing ICT” project, we aspired to improve the development of informational society in Croatia, strengthen the competitiveness and market position, as well as increase sales income. By optimising business processes through hardware and software introduction, we wanted to gratify ever the larger demands from our clients, ensure better information flow, faster delivery of services, better interconnectivity of all business processes and to set the basis for business improvement. By introducing ICT systems which enable change, we participated in the development of national, regional and European competitiveness as opposed to the rest of the world.

Call goal: This Call was meant to aspire SME-s to introduce informational and communicational technology in order to improve business processes, integrate business functions, efficient work organisation, improve client and supplier interactions as well as to improve the company’s market position. Strengthening of market position, improvement of competitiveness and efficiency of business of SME-s by applying informational and communicational technology is also a support to the development of informational society in Croatia.

Specific goal was to introduce ICT solutions (hardware and software) into GO2BIM company, which lead to business optimisation, improvement of company’s market position and increase of sales income.

Responsibility for the contents of these materials is held by GO2BIM Ltd.

WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED THE PROJECT “STREGNTHENING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF GO2BIM BY INTRODUCING CERTIFICATES”

Twelve months after the start of this project, GO2BIM has successfully completed the project “Strengthening the competitiveness of GO2BIM by introducing certificates” in October 2019. Thanks to co-funding from European Regional Development Fund as part of Operational Programme Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014 – 2020, GO2BIM has successfully procured three certificates in system management – ISO:9001, ISO:14001and ISO:45001.

By introducing international standards into the company, the entire quality management system has improved, as well as environment management system and health and safety at work system. This project has ensured presence on foreign markets through proving quality, safety and reliability of the company’s products as well as the company itself, and in turn increased competitiveness and market share in domestic and foreign market.

Besides introducing international standards, in order to successfully complete the project certain side activities essential to goal completion were also financed.
In order to successfully promote project results, articles were published on the company’s webpage. This raised awareness about the project and its results amongst target audiences, highlighted project accomplishments and the support given by the EU. It also ensured visibility of the project financing.

Project results:

• 1 Conduction of advisory services for ISO:9001, ISO:14001 and ISO:45001 standards
• 2 ISO:9001, ISO:14001and ISO:45001system management certificates obtained
• 3 One (1) project successfully completed
• 4 Article published on the company’s website

By successful conduction of project activities, specific project goals were accomplished:

• a) The number of quality management systems and business processes introduced (certified) – 3
• b) Private investments that match public support to companies (non-refundable funds) (HRK) – 55.564,00
